Refund Policy

Overview

At Evergrowth Academy Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching programmes and services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation or a refund request. This policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to refunds and cancellations.

Coaching Programmes & Sessions

Refund requests for coaching programmes must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment and before the commencement of the first session. Once a programme has commenced or sessions have been attended, no refunds will be issued.

Individual sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. We encourage clients to provide as much advance notice as possible.

Workshops & Events

Registration fees for workshops and events are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

In the event that we cancel a workshop or event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are final once access has been granted. Refund requests for digital products will only be considered if the product was not delivered or is materially different from what was described.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at maalicalifecoach@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies may be considered upon submission of appropriate documentation.
